The QR laboratories are historically the first INRiM laboratories set up and dedicated to micro and nanotechnologies since 1995. They consist of four particle control laboratories, from ISO class 5 to ISO 7, for a total of 200 square meters, and Nanofacility Piemonte, a laboratory dedicated to Nanofabrication using ionic and electronic beams.
