The optical lithography laboratory is a Class 100 (ISO 5) particle-controlled environment where all optical lithography processes up to 800 nm resolution take place.

It includes chemical hoods for spinning and resist development, two mask aligners, a Carl Süss and a Quintel with front/back alignment, and a Heidelberg Grey Tone Laserwriter.
