Journal articles: Articles published in journals with an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number), i.e. the international code assigned to identify a journal.
Book chapters and monographs: Texts published by a recognised publisher with an ISBN (International Standard Book Number), which is the international identifier. TC guides/project reports Guides or project reports produced in the framework of BIPM and EURAMET.
Conference proceedings: Conference proceedings published by a publisher that may have an ISSN, an ISBN or sometimes both.
Technical Reports: INRiM technical reports, identified by progressive Institute numbering and archived in the internal database produced by Sistemi Informatici.
Datasets: Outputs of Euramet projects, defining the obtained results. They are always Open Access and are accompanied by a DOI.
Patents: Patents have an embargo of 18 months from the priority date (date of filing of the first patent application).
Other documents: This category includes documents outside the types proposed when inserting a new product.
The format of the attachments
The PDF format must be used for all types of products. An exception is 'Other Documents', for which, besides PDF, the open formats RTF, ODT, TeX, HTML, JPEG, and PNG may be used. In ‘Datasets’ only a description of the dataset and persistent identifier can be attached.
