"An adequate and modern industrial property protection system is an indispensable element of a country's industrial policy and of any industrial development strategy; those who have produced innovation, before being able to define a strategy for its use and economic exploitation, must ensure that it is adequately protected. The correct and timely protection of titles is also a preventive measure, sometimes dissuasive, of the phenomena of illegitimate use of innovations or counterfeiting" (Ministry of Economic Development, Strategic intervention lines on industrial property for the three years 2021-2023, p. 6)

INRiM, in collaboration with UIBM (Italian Patent and Trademark Office), is offering Small and Medium Enterprises a free industrial property diagnostic service to support the exploitation of industrial property within your company.

The initiative will be active until June 15, 2023.
