The European Commission has adopted an Open Research Europe publishing platform, which provides Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe beneficiaries with the opportunity to use a high-quality, peer-reviewed, open access and free of charge publishing venue, both during and after the grant period. This will not only help beneficiaries meet their open access obligations but will also further incentivize open peer review.
