How to get to Torino ...
by
airplane
The “Città
di Torino Airport”, situated in Caselle, 16
kilometres (10 miles) north from the town centre, serves Torino. For
further information see the Web site: www.aeroportoditorino.it.
A
continuous coach service of SADEM line (blue buses) connects the
Airport with Torino railway central station Porta Nuova. The bus leaves
just in front of the arrival exits of the Airport. Tickets can be
purchased at the ticket office and at the automatic ticket-machine
close to the exit for € 5 or on the bus at a higher fare. Travel time
from the Airport to the town centre is 40 minutes.
See
www.aeroportoditorino.it
for bus timetable
As
an alternative, a Taxi service is provided outside the terminal, just
in front of the arrival exit. See www.aeroportoditorino.it
for info and fares.
If
your town airport is not connected with Turin, you can fly to "Malpensa
Airport".
Seewww.sea-aeroportimilano.it
for info.
SADEM
line provides the transfer from terminal 1 and 2 of Malpensa to the
center of Turin (see map for terminus in Turin and explore www.sadem.it/orari_tariffe.htm
for timetable. The trip takes two hours, the one-way ticket costs € 18).
A map of Turin center with SADEM lines airport bus terminals is
provided here.
