Visa information

If you are traveling to Workshop "Optical Clocks" from outside the European Union and you need a visa, we advise that you begin the process for obtaining your visa as soon as possible.
If you need a personal letter of invitation in order to obtain the visa, please contact the Workshop Secretariat: Elisabetta Melli, info.opticalclocks@inrim.it
Be sure to provide:

your name as it appears in your passport
name and address of your affiliation
the address to which the letter should be mailed
the dates of your stay in Torino as you would like them to be specified in the letter

A signed letter of invitation will be mailed to you via standard mailservice.
Only co-authors of abstracts accepted for presentation at the Workshop or participants that have already paid for the registration fee can request such letter of invitation.
Therefore, if you plan to attend the workshop but you are not presenting any paper please register at the workshop and pay the fee before making your request.

The Workshop cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf.
