Submission of paper manuscript for proceedings (oral/poster papers)
Final camera-ready paper manuscripts are due at the Symposium (by July 7).  The manuscript should be prepared following the instructions (download file here).  Example manuscript is also available here. All paper must be within maximum 6 printed pages.  Send your manuscript in MS Word to  symposium@cie.co.at.

Oral presentation
Each oral presentations is given 20 min including discussion.  Invited paper oral presentations have 30 min.  We will have a computer and projector for presentation.  Please send your PPT file to e.melli@inrim.it  by July 3 so that we can load your file and check it in our computer.  If you fail to send the file in advance, please bring it in USB stick at conference registration table. 

Poster presentation
For poster session, bifacial panels will be available in the exhibition room next to the Symposium hall.
Please see dimensions of poster should be 95 cm width x 130 cm height.



CIE Expert Symposium and related meetings - Halls

• The registration desk, all the meeting rooms and the Banqueting Hall are on the first floor of Hotel Concord. The registration desk is at the entrance of the corridor where the halls are.

• The Symposium will be held in the Lagrange Hall of the Hotel Concorde.

• Poster and sponsors exhibition will be held in the Valentino&Superga Hall of the Hotel Concorde,  next to the Lagrange Hall, during the breaks and the lunch. In the early morning of Monday 7th, the exhibition hall will be prepared with furniture, starting from 7 am. The set-up will be removed after the second break on Tuesday 8 July, starting from 4 pm.

• The coffee breaks on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 only will be served in the Valentino&Superga Hall.

• On Monday 7, from 17:40 to 18:30, one special exhibition session with refreshments is scheduled.

• The Banqueting Hall, where breaks of the TC and Division 2 Meetings and all the lunches will be served, is on the same first floor but on the other side of the block.

INRIM staff will be at your disposal for any help you can need.
